Actual Process Picture
Attention should be paid to the following problems when using
hydraulic torque wrench:
1. If the wrench can't be clamped when taking the wrench, press (RUN, button does not loosen the hand,
while pulling the quick release trigger, then loosen the button, take off the wrench. Do not strike with a
hammer, otherwise it will damage the hydraulic cylinder and piston assembly.
2, if you bring (SET, reset button), press the hydraulic pump before starting (SET, reset button).
3. If there is a whistle during the test run, the pressure should be lowered to the minimum, and the working
cycle should be repeated until the gas is exhausted without whistling.
4. The normal working temperature is 10 - 70 C.
